The management team at Taylor Commercial, Inc. ranks jobsite safety high among our company’s top priorities. To best ensure we meet OSHA safety requirements along with our own stringent safety standards, our managers and crew foremen receive ongoing training and continuing education on key safety topics.

At the start of each project through completion, multiple Taylor Commercial team members closely examine any prospective safety and hazardous material issues that can potentially arise during the construction process. This allows us to anticipate and avoid problems as each project ensues.

Taylor Commercial continues to make significant investments in ongoing safety education for our employees and subcontractors. Taylor Commercial will always strive to establish a 100% safe, healthy and environmentally-sound jobsite at all times.

Safety Standards and Practices

  • Hold annual mandatory personnel seminars on key safety topics, including fall protection and scaffolding use
  • Conduct as-needed manufacturer training seminars on equipment safety
  • Hold weekly safety-related “toolbox talks” at each jobsite
  • Maintain OSHA compliance, ensuring superintendents complete 10 and 30-hour OSHA training
  • Provide a comprehensive safety manual to all company sub-contractors and employees
  • Ensure continual formal safety training and education for employees and subcontractors
  • Constantly review, update and communicate job safety procedures to staff members at all levels
